01-Product Consultation

Here we discuss your ideas, your designs, and what materials you would like to be used.Let’s begin by sending us your information, pictures, technical specs, and or photographs of your garment ideas.  And remember we are very open to discussion.  Let’s keep in touch as this process takes shape.

02-Pattern Making

We have a skilled team of pattern makers, who are able to help you to create your own style.   All samples created by us will be reviewed before starting production.  It’s important to us that you are satisfied with your new design.  We will NEVER share or sell your designs to others. Your design will be kept under lock and key at our factory.

03-Sampling

Design/tech pack/style picture is required to making a sampling. However, if you have a problem with this, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help you.

After the pattern is done, we will make sure the sample is exactly how you want before we start the bulk production. It could be any style such as girl dresses, skirts, pants, robe, jacket, blazer, t-shirts, playsuits, hoodie, sweatshirt or any other style.

Sample prices will increase; as the designs gets more complex or require many more hours for production, etc.  

If the material price is high; or if complicated designs include all types of custom printing (silk screen, digital print, embossed, etc.)/machine embroidery/hand embellishments. /machine embroidery/hand embellishments, a slight increase in price will be needed.

04-Amend

After the sample is finished, we will discuss the results. If you’re not satisfied with the sample, we will make an improvement based upon on your request.  It’s very important to make sure that the sample is perfect before we start the production.

05-Cutting

After the sample approval, we will start to make a large quantity production of your product. We do the cutting with our professional team and continue onto the sewing process, always following the sample that has been agreed upon. We will always keep maintaining the quality of the product, every step of the way, even if there is a large quantity ordered. 

06-Sewing

This is one of the most important parts of the production process.  We will use different sewing methods and machine according to the characteristics of the fabric, in order to reach the optimal solution. We will continue with production, maintaining constant quality control, every step of the way.

07-QC Checking

Our concern is to provide high output quality for every product that we made. We have professional QC Inspector, and follow AQL 2.5 inspection standard to examine. Then will offer the inspection report before bulk order shipping.

08-Packaging

Packaging is one of the most important things in the production, carrying out to wrap the products to be safe in shipping. We usually package each garment into transparent poly bag, and put the water-proof paper and silica gel into each poly bag in order to prevent the goods from getting wet in transit. And then each style will pack in a 7 layers of corrugated paper carton box.
